controversial expenditure among contesting parties particularly the ANC and DA.
The ANC is rumored to have spent more than R1 Billion for its election
campaigns and the DA is standing at R350 million.
We
have now been accustomed to seeing top of the range cars dabbed in ANC flags
with beautiful girls perched from the sun roof waving the ANC flag.
Now
another ANC Municiapal hopeful in Durban KwaMashu has had his leaked video
showing him fingering a girl believed to be a student at Mangosuthu University
of Technology.
In
a clip that is being circulated all over Whatsapp and other video exchanging
platforms,the lady seem to be wearing black and white Zebra top and having a
blue knicker with some colored spots all over it.
Then
a hand of the official is seen touching her knicker and slowly massages her Punani
as she removes the knicker.
He
continued and started fi_ngering her passionately as she m0ans and cries over
with the best Bed night melodies.
Towards
the end of the clip, the man’s face is revealed. ANC refused to comment on the
matter.
